Best Attached Home-MERIT Award: The Appalachian at Lonaconing East.
"Tim Schaeffer Communities’ White Cedars, in Winslow Township, was among the communities that walked away from the Builders League of South Jersey’s annual awards program November 9 with two MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) Awards. The honors were for Best Brochure and Best Signage. Schaeffer’s luxury townhome community, Lonaconing East, in West Berlin, earned a MERIT Award for Best Attached Home for the Appalachian model.
Schaeffer sales staff were recognized for sales production in excess of $5 Million. Honorees were Lou Cimini, Donald Haven, Jr. and Mary Waldis.
Tim Schaeffer Communities has long been an award-winning builder in South Jersey. The company currently markets the single family home communities of White Cedars and White Pines in Winslow Township, NJ; and Pine Crest and Cedar Crest in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County. Luxury townhomes are offered at Lonaconing East in Berlin Borough. In the planning stages is another single family home community, Menantico Estates in Vineland."

"Tim Schaeffer Communities’ White Cedars in Winslow Township, NJ took home eight awards from the MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards program sponsored by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Builders League of South Jersey. The awards were presented November 9 at the Burlington County College Enterprise Center in Mount Laurel.
The community’s Winston model was named "Best Detached Home" in its price category. Other awards included "Best Interior Merchandising" for the Winston and "best brochure, PR release, billboard, landscaping, sales office and signage."
The MAME Awards are held annually and honor League members for their achievements in product and community design, advertising, public relations and marketing.

Mottin, advertising/public relations consultant; Full Circle Marketing Ventures, signage design and fabrication; NextStep Graphics, graphic design; In house graphic designers-Shannon Evans and Sarah O'Brien; Lipinski Landscaping & Irrigation, Inc.; Brendan Boroski Advertising, sales office design; Design and Merchandising Solutions, interior design; and John Martinelli Photography."

Quality Builders Warranty Corporation has named Tim Schaeffer Communities 2005 Builder of Integrity. The award is based on our company's continuing commitment to excellence in customer service and quality construction. This is the second time we have won this award.

Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards
Best Design Center 2000 sq. ft. or Larger
Tim Schaeffer Communities recently opened Design Center was named “Best Design Center 2000 Square Feet or Larger” in the 2005 SAM (Sales and Marketing) awards program sponsored by the New Jersey Builders Association. Judging criteria was based on traffic flow, presentation of information, selections and theme of environment.
The design center offers a variety of choices and options, not only in color, but in types of products. Customers may look at carpet samples and tile colors and can focus on construction related options, such as a central vacuum system, smart home systems, upgraded HVAC and exterior elevation materials.
Throughout the approximately 5,000 square foot Design Center virtually all of the components that make up a home are on display, from lighting fixtures to roofing samples, faucet selections and even a couple of mail box designs. It’s “one stop” shopping designed to make the new home selection process as enjoyable and easy as possible.

Political Action in New Jersey
"Tim Schaeffer, president of Tim Schaeffer Communities has been presented with the New Jersey Builders Association's Distinguished Service Award for Outstanding Political Action. The award was presented during the Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City in March. It honors a member who has made substantial contributions to the Association's accomplishment of its objectives, through personal contact and correspondence with policy officials.
Tim serves on the BPAC Board of Trustees of the Builders Political Action Committee, a group that has been particularly effective in the election evaluation process and achievement of fund raising success.
What does this mean to the potential home buyers? The Association's ongoing Political Action efforts work tirelessly to reduce unwieldy legislation that increases the cost of owning a home. Home builders' PAC efforts are designed to ensure the availability of affordable homes for all citizens in the state of New Jersey."
